Onarres can help you achieve that goal with a three-phase approach:

A. Water Quality Analysis

Knowing your water is the first step in solving your water issues. Onarres can do on-site fast tests, and in less than 3 minutes, to give you a clear overview of your water quality. If necessary, water samples can be sent to external labs for further analysis.

At present, Onarres has the on-site test capabilities for the following 18 parameters:

B. Solution Design and Implementation

To make the best decision, you need to be fully informed. Just like cars, water filters are not one size fits all. There are always different alternatives with various pros and cons.

Before making the final decision on a water filter system, you need to have a full picture, from system design, initial investment, maintenance frequency to service cost. We will help you with that.

After water quality analysis, Onarres would suggest alternative solutions to your water issues. Much detail is needed when planning a water system, from water pressure to media and to all fittings. Onarres will provide complete details so that you have a clear understanding for a well-informed decision.

Once the proposal is accepted, Onarres will build and install the system for you. All systems and workmanship come with one year warranty. We will make sure the system performance meets your expectation.

C. On-site Maintenance Plan

Onarres stands behind our products. We always want to make sure our systems work as expected. Again, water filters are like cars. It needs proper maintenance so as to provide a longer and reliable service. Depending on actual needs, maintenance can be scheduled or unscheduled.

Onarres keeps a record of every system we install. The first service on a new water filter system is typically scheduled at 1 month after installation. This first-month follow-up service is to validate system performance and ensure it meets the expectation.

For clients who need regular scheduled services, Onarres offers on-site maintenance contracts. At the scheduled time, our service staff will come check, clean, replace, and refill filter media as needed. The client never needs to worry about if the system is working properly.

And for clients who don’t have a service contract, we will reach out and remind the client that a service may be required. A field visit is arranged to ensure the system still performs normally. You will never worry about your filter systems become an orphan product with no after-sale services.
